WinTech Maintenance Position
WinTech is seeking a qualified person to work in the Maintenance Department. Industrial electrical, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills required. The candidate should be a self-starter, ambitious, eager to learn and have strong communication skills to work with internal customers.

The primary job duties would include:
Knowledge of instrumentation involving low voltage
Welding, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
Troubleshoot and safely repair all mechanical and electrical problems. This includes basic motor starter, switching circuits, and VFD.
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
Proficient in use of hand tools, electrical meters and testing equipment.
WinTech Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager
The Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager will direct the WinTech Safety and Environmental Programs. The EHS Manager supports the business in developing both short term and long term improvement strategies and coaching managers and supervisors on safety issues. As a member of the plant management team the EHS Manager ensures proper management of safety processes and provides feedback on strengths and focus areas. The E.H.S. Manager will conduct training for OSHA required topics and train or coordinate training for safety certifications for all employees. Maintain reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
Plan, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal OSHA rules and regulations.
Track and respond to company and industry trends.
Identify, measure, and manage risks and hazards of operations to team members, contractors, or visitors.
Plan and implement programs to train in work site safety practices, including industrial truck certifications.
Prepare studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health to determine root cause and effective corrective actions.
Coaching individuals on how to conduct accident investigations
Assist in and coordinate accident investigations to ensure completion of corrective actions.
Maintain safety files and records including OSHA 300 logs.
Coordinate workers compensation claims and reporting requirements.
Manage SDS and procedures.
Extensive working knowledge of OSHA 1910 regulations, NFPA standards, and other related Safety Standards as applied in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies, safety and health professions, and legal representatives.
Advanced computer skills with the ability to use word, excel, outlook, and powerpoint.
Availability or coordination for 2nd shift training and response to emergency situations for all shifts.
Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Sciences. In lieu of a college degree, other safety certifications with at least five to eight years related safety and health experience and/or training, including OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction certification.
